Access from other directions appear to be open. The view from the top was awesome! As a FYI, the ramps on Interstate 70 will be closed until Oct.2021. There were few people in the park, plenty of parking close to the platform. The park was just around the corner at that point, and is beautiful. As others have said, expect the road leading to the park to be pretty rough with tires and other debris scattered about. We had to continue to Interstate 64 East, then take the first exit, turn left, turn left again across the Interstate and double back to Interstate 70 to exit from the other direction. Exit 1 is the exit to Malcolm W Martin Memorial Park. Turns out the right lane to enter Interstate 70 is closed as are the first two exits after you make the turn. At that point traffic was all snarled up. We were travelling North on Interstate 55, merged into Interstate 44 and planned to cross the river via Interstate 70. ![]() Knowing we could not get tour tickets to the Gateway Arch, we opted to view it from across the river. ![]()
